Strayan goods cannot compete…

with cheap imports…

But our rugby can. If Strayan exporters followed the lead set by our sportsmen and women in achieving international recognition then they would not be the national joke they are now. Rugby has always produced heroes, even in lean times. The ARU doesn’t decide to pack it in because we can’t compete with the All-blacks or the Springboks flog us. We try to find a way to compete, train harder, be more demanding of excellence. If One Nation ran rugby we would only see games between Strayan teams, there would always be a Strayan winner but there would also always be a Strayan loser.
