Season 2012

Although the weather this summer might make you feel like winter never really left,  your favourite time of year has arrived again… It’s rugby season! Pre-season training for 2012 is well underway and we’ve had turnouts of up to 40 guys on Thursday nights down at Wentworth Park, Glebe.

A few highlights and key dates for the coming weeks include:

  • filming for our season opening trailer has begun and will continue in the next few weeks
  • UTS O-Day recruiting (signed up 20+ dead set legends)
  • First trial against Wollongong (away, including bus trip) on 10th of March
  • Orange 10s Tour is on 17th of March (accommodation courtesy of Gussy Rutherford)
  • Season opening and Rego parties with bar tabs, free caps for new recruits and FREE REGO for the member that recruits the most new players
  • Round 1 is on 14th of April!

As you can see we are gearing up for a massive start to the season so get down to Wenty Park at 6:30pm this Thursday!
